- Contest period: The contest opens on at 12:00 pm on October 14 and closes at 11:59 pm on October 16, 2025.
- Complete the entry form using the link provided. You must provide your name and contact information.
- No purchase is necessary.
- There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be won of $250 to winner and $250 to charity of winners choice. It must be accepted as awarded; there are no substitutions.
- Entries are limited to residents of New Brunswick. Must be over the age of majority.
- A random draw will be made on Friday October 17, 2025.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
- OMISTA Credit Union staff, the Board of Directors, and immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to enter the contest.
- Winner must sign a declaration and release confirming compliance with the rules and consenting to the use of their name, city of residence and/or photograph without compensation for any publicity carried out by OMISTA and releasing OMISTA Credit Union from liability in connection with the awarding and use of the prize.
- The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
- Potential winners will be contacted by OMISTA and must reply within ten (10) business days. If the potential winner does not reply within a period of ten (10) business days, then at the sole and absolute discretion of OMISTA, that entrant will be disqualified, his/her entitlement to receive a prize will be forfeited and an alternate eligible entry will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
- OMISTA reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of the contest, if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as OMISTA deems appropriate.
- By entering the contest entrants agree to abide by these rules. This contest is sponsored by OMISTA Credit Union (“OMISTA”), which is a business name used by OMISTA Credit Union Limited.
- Prior to being declared a confirmed winner of a Prize, the potential winner will be required to (i) correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question (without electronic, mechanical or other assistance); and (ii) sign and submit the declaration and release, which (among other things): (a) confirms compliance with these Rules, and (b) acknowledges acceptance of the prize as awarded.
