One family’s journey began with a conversation about getting back on track - consolidating debt, rebuilding credit, and creating a fresh start.

What’s more, dad dressed for the part and handed out single roses to each member of the branch team… as Santa. When these parents passed, the loss was felt across the branch team and OMISTA joined family and friends at the services to honour their memory and offer comfort.
When the time came to settle the parent’s estate, their daughters leaned on OMISTA, not only to help navigate the financial responsibilities but for steady support and compassion during a difficult time. Because of care and planning, the estate also provided meaningful financial support for their daughters, helping them move forward with greater stability and peace of mind.
