OMISTA Credit Union Annual General Meeting (AGM)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of Members of OMISTA Credit Union will be held virtually as follows:
- Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026
- Virtual Waiting Room Opens: 3:00 p.m. (Atlantic Time)
- Meeting Begins: 3:30 p.m. (Atlantic Time)
- Location: Virtual meeting platform

Purpose of the Meeting
The meeting is called by the Board of Directors for the following purposes, as required under the New Brunswick Credit Union Act:
- To consider:
- the Annual Report of the Board of Directors;
- the Financial Statements of OMISTA Credit Union; and
- the Auditor’s Report.
- To approve the maximum aggregate amount to be paid to all directors as remuneration for the performance of their duties during the current fiscal year.
- To appoint the auditor of OMISTA Credit Union.
- To approve Article and By-Law amendments.
- To transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
Watch Parties
In addition to the virtual meeting, OMISTA Credit Union will host in‑person watch parties at select locations.
- OMISTA’s Boardroom located at 1192 Mountain Road, Moncton.
- The Cultural Center, 28 Saunders Street, Fredericton.
- Members wishing to attend a watch party must register and reserve a seat in advance.
- To reserve a seat, please contact any OMISTA employee at your preferred branch.
- Space is limited.
Eligibility to Receive Notice and Vote
Only members who were members of OMISTA Credit Union as of the close of business 30 days prior to the date this Notice was given, are entitled to receive notice of and to vote at this meeting.
Notice Requirements
This Notice is given to all members entitled to vote at the meeting and to the auditor of OMISTA Credit Union not less than 14 days and not more than 30 days before the date of the meeting, in accordance with the New Brunswick Credit Union Act.
