• buy an energy-efficient home;
• purchase a house and make energy saving renovations; or, 
• renovate your existing home to make it more energy efficient,

you may also qualify for a 10% insurance premium refund from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).  In addition, homeowners may also be eligible for a federal grant through Natural Resources Canada (NRCan).
