® is a direct line to your account. Call Toll Free 1-800-963-4848 in North America. Outside North America, please call 1-902-493-4800 (long distance charges may apply).

By calling you can:
  • Inquire about the status of your account including balances, account activity, transactions and MasterCard® credit card information.
  • Transfer funds from deposit account to another deposit account
  • Make loan/mortgage payments
  • Pay bills

  

How It Works 

Dial 1-800-963-4848 (toll-free in North America) or 1-902-493-4800 if you are calling from outside North America.

You will be asked for your credit union number (701), your member account number and a personal identification code. You can get a personal code by visiting one of our branches at 151 Cornhill Street @ St. George, Heritage Court or 1192 Mountain Road between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Once you enter in your personal identification code, you will be prompted to choose from a list of options. Press the appropriate number and start telephone banking.
