1. What is MemberDirect ®?
MemberDirect® Online Access is an internet based money management service that allows owners to perform financial transactions and account inquiries on their Credit Union accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Make banking easier and more convenient by managing your finances on-line.
MemberDirect® allows you to check account balances, make bill payments, transfer money. You can manage your investment porfolio with Credential Direct® or view your MasterCard® Credit Card Balance and Activity by clicking here.

Save Time When you check your account balance on-line information is posted by date or transaction in either a detailed or simple statement. View account history and information, including the status of loans and mortgages, when it best suits your schedule.
Do it your way When you transfer funds, make it happen now, at a future date or schedule them to recur at specific intervals. It's easy to move funds between your day-to-day accounts or special savings accounts, such as your vacation or children's education savings accounts. And, it's comforting to know your money is where it's needed most.
Take Charge When you pay bills on-line you can set up post-dated payments to hundreds of companies. There are no line-ups, stamps or envelopes required. You can be certain bills are paid when they're due and not before.
No Mistakes All transactions are confirmed so you have time to think and you can be confident you have done what you intended.
Integrated Financial Management The account information you access through MemberDirect® can be downloaded into many personal and small business financial management programs such as Quicken®, Microsoft Money®, Quickbooks® or Simply Accounting.
You data is delivered to you in an encrypted channel - it's like a secure pipeline between your computer and OMISTA. If you happen to step away from your computer, MemberDirect® will prevent others from accessing your accounts by automatically logging you off after a period of inactivity.

To set up MemberDirect® access on your account(s) please visit one of our branches at 151 Cornhill Street @ St. George, Heritage Court or 1192 Mountain Road between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. You will be given a PAC (Personal Access Code) and you can then go online to MemberDirect® to access you accounts. To view your account information, simply enter your account number and a password provided by OMISTA.

8. What is hyperWallet™?
HyperWALLET™ allows you to send money to anyone in North America who has an e-mail address, no matter where they bank.
hyperWALLET™ is also a secure and convenient way to:
- E-mail Cash (in Canadian and US funds) to friends and family anywhere in North America who have an e-mail address.
- Receive payments from other hyperWALLET™ users
- Move funds between bank accounts at different financial institutions
- Pay for online auctions and receive payment for items
- Shop online privately at participating merchants

9. What is the cost to use hyperWallet™?
Transactions either have no fee or a small fee of about .25 cents to .75 cents.

12. How can I get started using hyperWALLET™ ?
If you do not already have a password for MemberDirect® you can get one by visiting one of three branches at 151 Cornhill Street, Heritage Court or 1192 Mountain Road.
It only takes about five minutes to get set up on hyperWALLET™. After opening the account you can transfer money following the directions on-line. In order to receive the payment the recipient must also open a hyperWALLET™ account at www.hyperwallet.com.

14. How can I order Cheques online?
To order cheques, please click here to login to your online banking. Once logged in, select the 'My Profile' tab on the right side of the page, then click on 'Order Cheques' on the left hand side of the page.
