5. Do I need financial service experience to work at OMISTA?
Not necessarily. It's definitely an asset, but primarily we are looking for employees who possess the appropriate behavioural skills. For example, customer service, adaptability to change, results orientation, listening skills and teamwork are the five core competencies that we believe are linked to superior performance and therefore, serve as the main focus in our recruitment of new employees.

No. It's definitely an asset, but it is not a requirement for employment.
