The theme for the 2007 Annual Report was based on a win-win situation for both owners and OMISTA as an organization.

So, we want to empower you to make the best decisions for your financial wellbeing. Whether that means listening well to ensure that we provide the most empowering advice, or going the extra mile to provide you the tools you need to succeed. Our organizational structure ensures that because you’re a customer - and an owner – your success is our success. This better relationship enables us to provide solutions that are better for the people we serve.

 

Within the annual report you will find a 4 page spread which talks about our owner success, branch success, and OMISTA success as an organization. 

 

 

  

The theme for the 2006 Annual Report was based on our Strategic Plan for the year 2007; the desire to create a WOW! Factor for owners and employees alike.

 

Our goal is to offer a unique owner experience and become an employer of choice. We will develop plans to improve employee-owner interactions and experiences, proactively adapt to shifts and changes in marketplace, improve premises, strengthen owner appreciation, and attract new market segments.

 

Within our 2006 Annual Report you will find a 2 page spread which talks about our 8 themes for our 2007 Strategic Plan for a more detailed insight into our creation of the WOW! Factor.



  

The theme for the 2005 Annual Report was the city of Moncton. Moncton and OMISTA have both experienced tremendous growth over the years, but that is not the only similarity between these two.

In November 2004, Moncton was named as the best city in Canada to do business by Canadian Business Magazine. OMISTA takes pride in supporting the people and our community to make it a better place. Together, OMISTA and Moncton form a stong relationship.
