The theme for the 2009 Annual Report was based on strength and stability. The strength and stability of OMISTA Credit Union, our Credit Union system, and our expert employee base. The theme for the 2006 Annual Report was based on our Strategic Plan for the year 2007; the desire to create a WOW! Factor for owners and employees alike.
Our goal is to offer a unique owner experience and become an employer of choice. We will develop plans to improve employee-owner interactions and experiences, proactively adapt to shifts and changes in marketplace, improve premises, strengthen owner appreciation, and attract new market segments. Within our 2006 Annual Report you will find a 2 page spread which talks about our 8 themes for our 2007 Strategic Plan for a more detailed insight into our creation of the WOW! Factor.
