As a Credit Union MasterCard® owner, you are able to register all your redit cards with MasterCard's authorized service*. It's a secure way to ensure that all your credit cards will be cancelled promptly if they are lost or stolen... and automatically replaced whenever possible.

There are no additional charges for registering, so take advantage of our Credit Card Registry service today!

*If you have already registered your cards with us, you don't need to register again. Just keep us up to date with any card changes, and keep our phone numbers handy.

To register all you Canadian credit cards, plus those of your spouse and dependents, call 1-800-561-7849 or complete the registration form and mail to:

Within days, you will receive a package confirming the accuracy of the credit card information you registered. Because you never know when your purse or wallet may be stolen or lost, keep our phone numbers handy. When you travel, keep an extra copy of our phone numbers in your luggage.

Once you have registered... you can call 1-800-268-3117 for any of the following services:

Change card numbers on file
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Eastern Time
Change your address with all card issuers
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, Eastern Time
Report lost or stolen cards
24 hours a day, 365 days a year
