1. What is the CHOICE REWARDS® program?
The CHOICE REWARDS® program is the easiest, most flexible rewards program around! Points are collected with a CHOICE REWARDS® MasterCard ® account and can be redeemed for free merchandise and travel, or to make charitable donations.

2. How do I collect CHOICE REWARDS® points?
Cardholders earn CHOICE REWARDS® points any time and anywhere they make a purchase with their CHOICE REWARDS® MasterCard® credit card ($1 = 1 point)*, or CHOICE REWARDS® GOLBAL PAYMENT™ MasterCard® card ($1 = 1 point). For travel, a minimum of 10 000 points is required. 10 000 is equal to $100 travel dollars, thereafter, every 1000 points equals $10.
*All Credit Union CHOICE REWARDS® MasterCard® cards accumulate one CHOICE REWARDS® point for every one dollar spent, except for the No Fee MasterCard® card, which accumulates one CHOICE REWARDS® point for every two dollars spent.

3. How many CHOICE REWARDS® points can I earn?
A cardholder can earn a maximum of 100,000 points per year, just by using their CHOICE REWARDS® MasterCard® card, or GOLBAL PAYMENT™ MasterCard® card.

4. What can I redeem my CHOICE REWARDS® points for?

- Choose from over 100 brand-name merchandise items from the CHOICE REWARDS® catalogue and visit www.choicerewards.ca to view special online offers. Merchandise items include kitchen appliances, bath accessories, home electronics, leisure items, children's toys, and more.
- Travel from the CHOICE REWARDS® Travel Agency...
- Experience true travel freedom by booking a flight at any time of the year, to any destination, with no blackout periods or seat restrictions. Rent a car, take a cruise, reserve a hotel room and much more. The travel agency can be reached Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, CST and Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, CST. When using points for travel rewards, a minimum of 10,000 points must be redeemed, and a non-refundable service fee of $25 is applied to ever booking. Unlike other rewards programs, cardholders can use their CHOICE REWARDS® points for either full or partial payment towards travel plans of their choice. For travel, a minimum of 10 000 points is required. 10 000 points equals $100 travel dollars, thereafter, every 100 points equals $10.
- Donate your CHOICE REWARDS® to charity...
- Redeem your CHOICE REWARDS® points to support two national charities, the Canadian Cancer Society and the United Way of Canada - Centraide Canada. Tax receipts are issued when you donate a minimum of 2,500 points, which is equivalent to a $25 donation.

5. What is the Platinum Class Rewards program?
The Platinum Class Rewards program is designed for cardholders who like to travel and enjoy superior rewards. Points are collected at an accelerated rate with a Platinum Class MasterCard® account and can be redeemed for virtually any kind of travel or premium merchandise.

6. How do I collect Platinum Class Reward points?
Cardholders earn Platinum Class Reward points any time and anywhere they make a purchase with their Platinum Class MasterCard® credit card. Platinum Class MasterCard® cardholders accumulate 2 points for every one dollar spent.

A cardholder can earn a maximum of 400,000 points per year, just by using their Platinum Class MasterCard® card.

9. How can I apply?
To apply for a CHOICE REWARDS® MasterCard® credit card or to link your MemberCard® debit to your MasterCard® card, you can contact OMISTA Credit Union. You can also call 1-800-561-7849 to request a MasterCard® application or add the CHOICE REWARDS® program to their existing MasterCard® card. If you sign up today you can receive 1000 bonus CHOICE REWARDS® points!**
**Does not apply to the No Fee MasterCard® card.

10. How can I find out how many points I have?
Visit www.cucardsonline.com and sign into your MasterCard® account at the login page. Click on "Account Information" on the left hand side to display drop down menu. Click on "Account History" from the selection. On the right hand side under Rewards Summary you can find your previous points balance and your new points balance as of your last statement. Or, you can call 1-800-561-7849 or check your monthly statement.
